ETRM Connect is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels throughout the site
  • A visible “Skip to main content” link and keyboard-operable navigation, menu, accordions, and forms
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA for text and interactive elements
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” browser/OS setting
  • Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens
